The deadline for registration can be seen in the important date web page and the fees table below.

IMPORTANT:

• Tutorial ONLY Registration: Tutorials will be on Oct 17. If you are interested in TUTORIALS only, you can register for Oct 17 only.

• Paper Registration: At least one author per accepted paper/poster MUST register at the IEEE Member or Non IEEE Member rate on or before the deadline. Student IEEE Member rate is not available for Author Registration; i.e., if a student co-author is registering for a paper, he cannot register at Student IEEE Member rate (please note that Paper Registration is important to cover the publication and other costs).

  Papers of authors who fail to attend and present their papers will immediately be removed from further consideration for inclusion in the proceedings and the planned journal special issues.

• Each Paper Registration includes the submission of up to ten (10) pages for full paper (Regular, Application and Invited papers), and up to 4 pages for Posters. You may purchase up to two (2) additional pages for a paper at a cost of US$100 per page.

• Multiple Papers: To submit up to four (4) additional papers, the cost is US$450 per paper (early bird rate) and $500 after the cutoff date.

• Poster presenters - In the registration page, you will not see poster category - please select as conference paper.

• There is no separate registration for Workshops. Each registration includes access to both the CIC conference and affiliated workshops, a USB proceeding, lunches, tutorials, social banquet, and reception.

Transfer and Cancellation Policy: Cancellation request must be done by Oct 7, 2018. There will be an administrative fee of $100 for cancellation. Transfer of registration to another person must be received by Oct 10 (for free); after Oct 15, there will be a fee of $100 for transfers.
