• Review of 2014 meeting and subsequent activities leading to Provost’s invitation for a proposal consolidating SIS and CS into a new academic unit
• Introduction of new staff members & professor of practice
• Introduction of Computer Science participants (so they identify the new faces in the room)
• Update on base numbers (enrollment, placement, giving, research funding …)
• Review of university-level planning activities
• SIS-CS planning strategies, conveners, and structure (Including anticipated alignment with the Pitt Strategic Plan)
