There are few systems currently in place to use as good examples of collaborative authoring groupware. Most of the items below are developed from our own nascent efforts and the research literature. Obviously the system needs to support roles controlling access and change privileges such as author, reviewer, editor, reader ,and etc. In addition, there need to exist general collaboration tools such as those described above that allow for interaction among authors, reviewers and readers .
